According to Bloomberg it’s like Salesforce, but for poverty alleviation. They provide the aid industry with technology to target assistance to the world’s poor. Segovia co-founder Paul Niehaus is an economics professor at UCSD and an affiliate of CEGA, JPAL, and NBER. He also co-founded GiveDirectly.
